I haven't received a registration email, what can I do?

In this case you have to ask for a new registration email again.

Follow these instructions:

1. Log into your account,
2. it will open a page with a title "Activation of a page",
3. click on the activation help link here,
4. it will load a page for a new activation,
5. fill in the password and a valid email, and then send.

How to set up FTP?

First you have to activate your ftp connection. You can do this in the administration mode of your website in the setting - extended - ftp connection. Here you have to enter your password and send the form.

After this, the current page will show the overview of data, that are needed to set up your ftp client.

For example you can use the program Total Commander. Instructions to set up this program:

1. open Total Commander
2. click Net
3. choose FTP - Connect...
4. click New connection
5. Enter following data:
        session: the name of the connection (any possible)
        host name: shown at the page FTP connectionstup
        user name: shown at the page FTP connection
        password: shown at the page FTP connection
   
6. click on OK
7. click on Connect

Why is the inserted picture used as a logo shown incorrectly?

The picture is shown incorrectly if it has a different size from the one of the default logo for the selected CSS. So, at first we recommend to resize the photo (picture) to fit to the size of the default logo and than load it. The size of the default logo is shown in the administrator mode at the page Setting - Design - Logo.

Is it possible to lock the pages?

Yes, it is possible. The function Lock you can set in the administrator mode at the page Setting - Expanded - Lock.

The pages will be accessible only to visitors, who know the password.

This function is available only in non-free programs and in the trial period.

Can I rearrange the order of pages and columns?

Yes, it is possible to rearrange the order of pages and columns. Go to Settings - Design - Menu.

I am a tradesman and I would like to create my firm's pages. What type of the price plan can I use?

This form of inserting text has many problems. You can insert Javascript this way, which will damage the design of the page. For deleting the harmful parts of the code use the button , which will reformat the content of the clipboard. If you won't be able to correct the page, contact us (contacts). Yes you can insert a table made in Excel to a page. Unfortunately this type of application adds to the cells lots of code and it is possible that the content of the submission will be over its space even if you will insert a table with only a few rows.

How long is the trial period?

The trial period is 30 days. During this period you can use most of the functions.

You can choose your price plan that fits you the best, before the trial period ends. After the trial period your plan will be changed automatically to the price plan FREE.
